Voided shipments with UPS™ and how do they work?
UPS™ actually bills your account for all shipping labels printed.  It is your responsibility (or ours if you are a client) to void all shipments not shipped out.  Hard with companies that give out their shipper number for people or other companies to bill to them.
My Account Executive says that they will not work with a 3rd party shipping auditor, is that true?
This statement is false as we have our own 3rd party agreements in place with UPS™ to work with shippers.  These agreements have been drawn up by UPS™ as they noticed a growing trend of shippers using auditors.  It may be that your Account Executive has never worked with an auditor before and may not be aware.
Will Ship Watchers impact the current way my shipping is done or the way our shipping invoices are delivered?
UPS™ has a number of different ways to ship and be billed for invoices. Ship Watchers does not change this in any way with UPS™ as we have our own setup for each client that insures it is not changed.
Can I access my UPS™ invoices via PDF and data wise within your portal?
All clients have the option to have their UPS™ invoices and data tables available online within the portal by simply checking this option within the "My Preferences" section.
My UPS™ pricing contract has a wavier in place so that I cannot claim service failures, address corrections and such?  Can I still use your solutions?
We have numerous clients with waivers in place within their contracts.  In a trend we have seen most clients go back to UPS™ and ask for the waivers to be removed from their contract.  In these economic times UPS™ has been removing them on request without any increase in cost per piece.  You are usually losing more with waivers in place than if they were not in place with UPS™.  Our analysis will point out the differences.

UPS™ has a business model to increase overall auditing in the hubs to insure adjustments to shipments.  A lot of errors occur during these audits due to human error from seasonal staff and employees that are not properly trained.  These shipping adjustments cost you more than you would think.  Using a shipping auditor on UPS™ will help reduce your shipping costs as well as save you valuable time from combing through each invoice, package shipped, and accessorial charge imposed.
