All accounts are given 2 percentage fees when they start their account.  When the user logs online and agrees to these terms the percentage fees can be applied to the account.

The first percentage fee is on service failures (late delivery refunds) and can range from 48% to 25% depending on account volume and service levels sent.

The second percentage fee is on the back dated adjustments or applied when there is a low amount of service failures on the account.  This fee is applied to all adjustments processed for the client and can range from 36% to 28%.

If client is currently on the service failures only fee a standard fee for processing peak shipping during the “Waver of Service Refunds” placed on all Common Carrier accounts may be applied during that time.  The fee can range from $299.00 to $799.00.

All ranges are based on volume and service levels of the account.  Please contact Ship Watchers billing for the fee criteria if you have a question on any Statement of Account.  They are able to provide you with the fee structure information.
