How does Ship Watchers work with FedEx™ shipping data?  Will it change my current shipping?
Your current process with FedEx will not change, you will get your invoices in the same manner or you can use our online portal to retrieve them.  The shipping process you have will remain the same as well.  We have our own process that allows us to link to your shipping data via FedEx™,
My Account Executive says that they will not work with a 3rd party shipping auditor, is that true?
This statement is false as we have our own 3rd party agreements in place with FedEx™ to work with shippers.  These agreements have been drawn up by FedEx™ as they noticed a growing trend of shippers using auditors.  It may be that your Account Executive has never worked with an auditor before and may not be aware.
Do we have to void our shipments if the label was not used with FedEx™.
FedEx™ actually does not bill your shipping account until the shipment has a pickup scan on it.  So there is no need to void a label that was created with FedEx™.
Can you handle my FedEx™ damages or missing shipments?
Ship Watchers does have a solution to handle your damage or missing shipments along with the entire claims process.  Just ask an Account Executive about the solution.  They can give you more information.
My FedEx™ pricing contract has a wavier in place so that I cannot collect on service failures, address corrections and such? Can I still use your solutions?
We have numerous clients with waivers in place within their contracts. In a trend we have seen most clients go back to FedEx™ and ask for the waivers to be removed from their contract. In these economic times FedEx™ has been removing them on request without any increase in cost per piece. You are usually losing more with the waivers in place than if they were not in place with FedEx™.

Address Corrections - The driver for FedEx™ can cause you extra for incorrect address changes.  Just a simple letter change or selecting the updated address on the delivery pad can add that extra charge to your invoices.  Our network can get those incorrect or reversed address charges back.

DIM Weight Adjustments - Are one of the most common FedEx adjustments.  These adjustments are becoming more visible due to automated hubs and handling that can be inaccurate.
